Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed on the sleeping loft. The price includes bed linens and towels. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Åre Björnen/Sadeln: Ski/Bike in/out

Apartment with direct access to Åres Björnens and Sadeln cross-country ski trails. Real ski in and out to Hermelinenbakken. Spacious family apartment, with 3 bedrooms, fireplace, sauna and 2 TVs. Outdoor area with outdoor fireplace and heat lamp. Private ski storage. Bus stop to the city center also right next to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the kitchen utensils needed, as well as activities such as board games and books for both adults and children. Welcome! Note: there is a dog living in the cabin, so dog hair will occur.

The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

St Olavsleden passes outside the cottage. The cottage is located on a villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre, which is 12 km away. The cabin is 400 meters from Undersåker train station (there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.
