Attic apartment with heated garage in the middle of the village. 8 beds, 6 rooms and kitchen, 127 sqm with large balcony in south-facing location, views of Åresjön, Renfjället, the historic part of Åre and the Jämtland mountain world. The architect's basic idea was to create an apartment for active socializing with the large family. Hence the two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms at each end and smaller bedrooms for younger family members. Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Modern detached villa of 160 sqm with uninterrupted fantastic views of the Indalsälven river and Renfjället mountain, with room for a large group that appreciates nature, socialising and adventure, and close to most things you could want. Ski in from Duved's ski paradise! The house easily accommodates 10 people, and has up to 13 beds. Four large bedrooms with plenty of space. Large sauna, hot tub (may not be working), fireplace. A lovely living room and a cosy living room for a large group! Welcome to those who are at least 25 years old.

Cozy mountain cabin with direct access to the mountain

Large charming holiday home on the edge of the mountain with a lovely view of the Storsjö area. In the house, there are all the amenities that make the accommodation easy and pleasant. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Our holiday home in Åre is both quiet and relaxing, yet central in the village. The outdoor hot tub is fantastic on cold, snowy nights and the Spa features a glass-wall sauna, relaxing area as well as a rainfall open shower. There is plenty of space for large families or even two families to share. private parking and the house is walking distance to nearly everything: bakery groceries and Systembolaget across the street, 5min walk to town and a 10min walk to the lifts.

Rödögården

Relax with the whole family in this nature-friendly accommodation, just a stone's throw from the lake and swimming spots! 20-minute drive to central Östersund, or 1 hour to Åre/the mountains. We are new to hosting, so more photos and better descriptions are on the way :) But we find it absolutely wonderful to live here, close to nature and Storsjön Lake, so we want to give more people the opportunity!
