High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Åre/Tegefjäll by the slopes Perfect for 1-2 families

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can get directly out onto the mountain expanses.

Charming apartment by the VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30 sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens first in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season, it is a rolling distance to the lift and really good pump track! Different floor plan with, among other things, a double (triple) bed of 270 cm. Fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Before you start the day, you can conveniently slip down to the bakery Grädda 200 meters away and buy something freshly baked. No tenants under 23 years of age.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

2 bedroom family-friendly ground-floor apartment that accommodates up to 7 persons in Åre Björnen. The apartment is truly ski-in & ski-out: put on your skis at the front door and go explore everything Åre has to offer. Also close by (under 150 meters) are a grocery store, Skistarshop, restaurant and illuminated cross-country tracks. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a wrap-around balcony and sauna. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a bunk bed.
