You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

We are renting a large 32 m2 studio with independent entrance on the ground floor of our chalet. You have an unobstructed view of the mountains and enjoy peace and quiet. A large paved courtyard is available to park your vehicle (essential) and to install the garden furniture and barbecue in the summer. The land is not fenced. The ski resorts are about 20 minutes away and the beaches of Lake Annecy are a 10-minute drive away. Geneva Airport is 55 km away.
