In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
