The resorts of La Clusaz/Grand-Bornand, the city of Annecy and its lake are 15 km away. All shops in Thônes (5-minute drive)... the capital of Reblochon! On-site restaurant/bar

Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

New apartment for 2 to 4 people located a few minutes walk from the bay of Talloires on the shores of Lake Annecy. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and a large terrace with a view of the lake and a superb view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has an oven, dishwasher, TV, tumble dryer and WiFi internet connection. Private outdoor parking available.

Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
