A large paved courtyard is available to park your vehicle (essential) and to install the garden furniture and barbecue in the summer. The land is not fenced. The ski resorts are about 20 minutes away and the beaches of Lake Annecy are a 10-minute drive away. Geneva Airport is 55 km away.
