Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Small cozy cottage in the countryside, with views of the mountains, 5 minutes from the lake and 20 minutes from the ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand). 15 minutes from Annecy and surrounded by nature, this small Savoyard cottage will charm you. At the foot of the mountains, access to hiking trails, bike tour nearby. Bus stop within walking distance. Located in the owners' garden, a small private outdoor area is at your disposal with barbecue. Access to heated pool from May to September.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. In a green setting, small renovated alpine chalet (mazot) of 25 m2 on 2 levels with large terrace and small balcony facing the mountains. A peaceful oasis a few kilometers from Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand...). Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard (which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, cycle path, bike rental, pedal boats), 15 minutes from the Planfait paragliding site (Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
