Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Welcome! Our bright apartment facing the mountains is located in the quiet area of Les Clarines. You will love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15 min walk/5 min by bike), in nature, in town (20 min walk/15 min by direct bus from the train station). Accommodation on the 5th floor with elevator and 180° mountain views. A delicious bakery for breakfast is across the street from the building :) We want you to have a great time with us!

It is located at the foot of the bike path around the lake, a 7-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, 15 minutes by bike to the old town, 20 minutes by car to the Col de la Forclaz (paragliding paradise) and 30 minutes by car to the La Clusaz ski resort.

Check-ins are before 8pm. Located within a 10-minute walk to the train station and pedestrian streets, the studio is close to a shopping mall that houses major brands as well as 8 movie theaters. The building is on a small quiet street. The studio is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Its surface area is 20 m². It's not suitable for children under 2. It's a real 140 cm bed. The lake is a 10-15 minute walk from the studio.
