Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Small chalet at the foot of the mountains

Small cottage in the charming village of Dingy Saint Clair, between lake and mountain at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, close to a small river. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Charming studio in the mountain-Le-Le Praz de Lys

Fully equipped studio in Praz de Lys. It has a sofa bed and a folding bed for possibly a 3rd person (child). Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located close to shops (restaurants, shops, ski school...) and the tourist office which can advise you on the many activities offered (hiking, cycling... summer and ski resort in winter). This tree house, a true haven of peace in the heart of the Jura mountains, will bring you a total change of scenery if you like tranquility, isolated but not too much, the sound of the alpine horns and the birdsong will be your morning alarm clock. A cozy nest in the middle of the forest. Equipped with electricity but no running water, a good way to learn to use it sparingly, a hot shower outdoors is nevertheless possible,

Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
