Commerces du village, dont Super U, boulangerie, boucherie artisanale à 5 minutes à pied. Le chalet est situé face au Parc Maxima et sa célèbre source, assurant une eau fraîche et pure toute l'année. Le lac est à 2 minutes à pied. Possibilité d'accueillir une septième personne s'il s'agit d'un(e) enfant.

A "mazot" is a small cottage annex. Here located at the end of our garden with parking. Very "mountain" style Quiet but 1 minute from the road. Private terrace overlooking the house's garden. 5-minute walk: - Bakery (7 days a week, 6am-8pm) with breakfast, brunch, picnic - "Café du Col" restaurant every day at noon - "Pizza du col" 24/7. 15 min-30 min: - ski resorts, hiking, cross country skiing, paragliding, rafting, mountain biking. Geneva Airport 50 minutes away.

Small renovated and comfortable hut-style chalet, located in an exceptional setting, at the top of a snow-cleared road, 1,300 m above sea level, in the heart of the mountain pastures, in the Aravis mountain range, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Lovers of calm and wide open spaces, this is an ideal base for hiking, running, mountain biking, paragliding, snowshoeing or ski touring. But it's also the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

Stephen's mazot in Chamonix

Stephen's Mazot is a cosy wooden retreat, a small chalet (20sqm) set in a peaceful garden. Enjoy incredible views of Mont Blanc from the balcony and the luscious garden, which surrounds this unique getaway. In winter you can walk up to the main Chamonix lift (10 mins in ski boots) for skiing on the Brévent, or take the ski bus from here to the other ski areas. In summer there are some amazing hikes straight from this small chalet to the Brévent.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

In the CHAMONIX valley, above the village of Les Houches, at the edge of the Aillouds ski slope, we restored, on 2 levels, an old grain mazot. Ideally located, it overlooks the valley and offers breathtaking views of Mont Maudit, all the way to the Fiz range. In summer, located close to the Mont Blanc tour itinerary, this mazot gives access to many hikes and in winter you can leave and return ski-in/ski-out.
