The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Come and take a break in this peaceful place halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Bourbonnais mountains and the Bois Noirs), in a small green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection to oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking trails and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy queen of the water cities, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

Le Burlat – Studio Tassin – Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.
