Located in the heart of the village of Menthon Saint Bernard on the shores of Lake Annecy., 850 meters from the lake you can enjoy its fresh water in summer. The house is my primary residence, so it is fully equipped. Bike path and bus to go to Annecy located less than 10 km away.
