We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. This is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. We'd love to come back here again💕

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can be in the centre in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Awesome location for a family trip, close to most attractions and 15 minutes from the sea.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Spacious, beautiful home, decorated with taste and love. Available appliances: dishwasher and washing machine, internet. Chic view and grounds. The house was warm in the fall. I recommend exclusively if you have a car (parking inside, outside the gate).

The apartment was extremely comfortable and squeaky clean, with a beautiful sunny terrace that we really enjoyed. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. Air conditioning on both floors was a big plus! Tika was the kindest - she let us check in early and check out late, and even left us churchkhela and wine, which was such a thoughtful touch🥹✨ We felt truly welcomed and would absolutely stay again!

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Great place for family vacation

A cozy apartment right next to the sea. Everything looked exactly like in the photos — even the decorative rocks and plants — which made for a great first impression. The space was clean, and it included all the basics. After two days the 45th-floor height felt manageable. There's a small drying rack on the balcony as well, which is a nice touch. Three key things to know before booking: 1. The refrigerator is compact, so it’s not ideal for storing a lot of food — but it’s perfectly fine for a short stay. 2. Cleaning service is available for 60 GEL per visit, and if you're staying more than a week, you get one free cleaning included. 3. The elevators. Sometimes you’ll get up to your apartment in just a couple of minutes. Other times — especially in the afternoon when there are more tourists — you might end up waiting 15–30 minutes.

Cozy, convenient and well-equipped apartment. Ia was very nice and attentive, gave all needed instructions and recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, taking a bath and having fun — Netflix, YouTube, board games and even a record player! Location is pretty good, easy to get to the sea, park, and old town, also in this area there are many good cafes. Recommend!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days.
