Wonderful spacious apartment in the very center of Batumi! There is everything you need, and the hosts are always ready to help with any questions, both household and personal. The sea is 10 minutes away by a slow step with a child, to interesting objects in the old town maximum 20. There are good restaurants and many shops nearby. The hostess of the apartment is an unusually welcoming and empathetic woman. In general, Georgia has left the warmest impressions, I want to come back again and again, because for one trip (especially with a small child) it is impossible to cover at least a small part. Batumi is a fabulous city, a lot of interesting things, for both kids and adults. The only negative is extremely changeable weather and high humidity (rested in the first half of September). We are very sorry that we have not discovered Georgia before, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house with garden and courtyard where kids can play. The kitchen is also in the yard(but under the canopy) which is very nice in summer. Very hospitable and, I would say, a soulful family. The beach is not far away, but you need to cross the road and railway. Between the center of Batumi and the Botanical Garden, a generally good location.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly host. It's very comfortable with a yard. The location is also very good.

Liliana is a very friendly and welcoming host! She also gave us some recommendations on nearby restaurants. The room was rather spacious and included own bathroom. The hotel is five minutes away by foot from the sea. The restaurant across the hotel can have a loud music in the evening. But it didn't disturb us much. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Very lovely and friendly couple. Even though they don’t speak english, they helped us with even organizing taxi and made sure we have a happy stay. Strongly recommended!

Wonderful hosts, pleasant and constructive communication. The apartments are equipped with everything for a long stay. Kitchen, large refrigerator, separate bedroom, large living room with sofa. The only drawback is the lack of a sea view. We'll be back in the summer! best recommendations.

Being under a great impression of Georgia and on the rights of the first residents, I want to recommend this apartment to everyone. The apartment is in a new building, the windows overlook the courtyard, an excellent setting, a 3 minute walk to the sea, there is everything you need for your stay, shops, cafes, everything is nearby. Very good hosts, always in touch with us. We went to visit them in the country house, admired the local beauty, treated them with goodies. In general, everything is very wonderful!

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday! We booked taking into account a quiet neighborhood - and we didn't lose! It was quiet and peaceful at night, we had a great night's sleep. It was important for us to be warm, as in winter in Batumi many houses are very cool. But the house has central heating, so we're not cold. The inside is cozy, has everything you need, wifi is very fast. Thank you so much! We got exactly what we were expecting.

The place is wonderful. A cozy house with its own small territory. The complex itself has a lot of entertainment (water park, cinema, restaurants, billiards, etc.) Swimming pools are included. The sea is a stone's throw from the cabin. The room itself has everything you need (dishes, towels, towels, iron, hairdryer, hairdryer, umbrellas) and most importantly, air dryer. Great location, nice apartment and fast landlord. We had an issue with smell for a few days which seems to have been due to a leaking pipe but it was solved. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

Felt like being at a friend house, felt like family. We were proactive to make ourselves feel home and the family welcomed that very much. They made amazing food, Natia is a master chef! Auto is wine master ! Natural ingredients from their chickens and fish and beans. They would offer you a lot if they like you! Very generous, friendly, cozy And people of the surrounding area also very friendly. The waterfall is very near the house and you can see cows everywhere. Water is super clean and hot when wanter.

Nana's house is amazing, it has all you need for long stays. It's very near the sea, you just need to walk a couple of blocks to get there, you have supermarkets near so you won't need to walk a lot to get things. Nana and her family are very friendly, they even had khachapuri prepared for us when we arrived and they also stayed up late to wait for us. Every now and then they shared with us some other Georgian dishes that were delightful! So far the best apartment we lived in since we arrived to Georgia, we really recommend it!

During their holidays, we stayed in Amiran's apartments in Batumi with their family. Very welcoming hosts, helped with all questions, the apartment is clean, cozy, spacious, for three people they need. There is everything you need if you need anything, the hosts are always ready to help , as they live very close, the location is good - there is a large Carrefour supermarket nearby, right next to Magnit, pharmacies, fresh bread, a lot of cafes nearby, a 10-minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here, the hosts are very warm and sociable people. We recommend this place to anyone who plans a vacation to Batumi!

I gave the host 5 stars because he's a nice person, and the place is right for the price. The advantage of the place is proximity to all the coastal attractions of Batumi, a bus stop right next door, close to shops, a market and restaurants at affordable prices. Just look for it, but if someone is looking for a very high standard of accommodation, they have to look at higher prices.

I can only recommend it! The host is very welcoming and friendly! If asked she gives good recommendations where to go and she speaks english well (and if she is missing some words, her lovely daughter helps out). Apart from that the room is really clean and comfortable, the kitchen is nice and well equipped and the living room is also cozy. We loved it here and would loved to stay longer if we could.
