Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Absolutely amazing place. Very private, far from noisy roads. A lot of space, and you can see beach and sea from the window. There are many green trees around. And beautiful pool. Mikheil is great host. He helps me with each step. We talked much about different topics with pleasure. And yes, coffee was fantastic 😀 I strongly recommend to stay in this beautiful place. And yes I hope to come here again many times

Had a wonderful time with family. We haven't seen each other in 2 years. Great place to gather from all parts of the earth.

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

What a great place. It had everything we needed. Lots of space. Each room met the needs I was looking for (AC, Private bathroom, baclony for each room). Poom was amazing to dip into throught the day. Had amazing space to gather for Georgian SUPRAs. Had space if you wanted some privacy in the backyard to just relax. The host was great, took us to local spots for food, drinks, beach. Spent time with us to answer of of our needs. Even helped us setup to cook. Definitely a place I would go back to.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at "Niko's Villa". The highlight of the property is the fantastic pool with a gorgeous view of the city of Batumi. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom and air conditioning, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable for all guests. The house is spacious and has everything you could possibly need, even for an extended stay. It's perfect for families or large groups of friends. The location is great, just a 15-20 minute drive to the city center. The villa is surrounded by breathtaking nature, reminiscent of Thailand and Bali, and the famous Batumi Botanical Garden is just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, this is one of the best villas in Batumi, and I highly recommend it! Special thanks to Super host Sopho!

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

Tedo's apartment is very nice: clean, bright and comfortable with two balconies and all necessary stuff. Tedo and Salome are very hospitable, friendly and always ready for help. Apartment has very good location: 7_8 min walk to the beach. Nearby a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay here.

We rented the house for 10 days at the end of September 2021 with a large group, 7 adults and 4 children. In the house is 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda. Fully corresponds to the photos. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay. Very clean. Gas stove, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. The only downside was no microwave. On the ground floor lives the hostess, a very pleasant and sociable woman lives on the ground floor, met us with hot khachapuri, fruits, homemade chachacha, it was very nice! On the ground floor, the entrance to the house from the other side, so the rented part of the house (2nd floor) with a separate entrance is essentially a separate house. We moved only by taxi, the trip to the sea , or it took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Around the mountains, greenery, fruits, beauty! We recommend! Thanks to the hosts for everything!

I stayed in Batumi several times in the apartment, but this apartment is the most cozy and spacious. Perfectly blown due to drafts, well lit. There is everything you need, including dishes, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, spacious wardrobe and so on. The hosts are hospitable people, very pleasant to communicate with. The photos correspond to reality, but the balcony is actually even more cozy. Of the shortcomings, I can only note weak Wi-Fi. However, it's nothing for a vacation!

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!

I stayed on the second floor of a private house, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. The place was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The combination of comfort, tranquility, and great hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

Giorgi’s place felt like home away from home. We had a great time there and would certainly consider it if we ever get back to this area. It’s a 3-storey villa. There’s 8 bedrooms total, 4 on second and third floor each. 2 of them on each floor have smaller bathrooms and there’s also 1 bigger bathroom on the first floor. This brings total count of bathrooms to 5. The yard is well-maintained, with a newly installed pool that was cleaned and serviced daily by a local company. There’s also a nice covered bbq area so you can cook shashlik even when it rains. The yard also has a gazebo with some outdoor seating, enough for a big group (there was 11 of us). Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Georgiana

Amazing apartment with very hospitable hosts! Located in a quiet residential area 30 minutes walk from the airport, while you can't hear the planes at all. Within a walking distance of the sea, several shopping centers, a new boulevard with a large children's playground. It is convenient to get to most tourist locations (you don't have to be stuck in traffic). Highly recommended for large groups or a family with children!

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. Thank you!
