Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

On the one hand, the village center (museum, bus station, shops, restaurants) is a five-minute walk from the house, on the other hand, there is wild, untouched nature. The house itself is enveloped in an authentic atmosphere. Everything is done with love and respect for our ancestors. Everything in the house belonged to three generations of the family. A real Tbilisi home, full of light and greenery. It is located in one of the best areas of Tbilisi, Mtatsminda, just 260 metres from Rustaveli Avenue, the city’s main street. Museums, restaurants and the main sights are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. High ceilings, four spacious rooms and a private entrance give it the rare feeling of a real home right in the very centre of the city.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

A COZY HOUSE NEAR THE RABAT FORTRESS

Welcome to our house :) On the first floor you will find your accommodation with a separate bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and wine cellar :) I live with my wife Lika on the second floor. I will invite you to our garden to try homemade wine or barbecue. If you like, you can ride our bikes and explore our town. If necessary, I can meet you at Kutaisi Airport, and also show you all the attractions of the region.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. If your reservation is for 5 or 6 guests, we will prepare all 6 beds for you — at no extra charge. If your booking is for fewer guests (1–4 people), we will prepare only part of the sleeping spaces, to keep unused beds and linens clean. If you are, for example, 4 guests but would like to use all the beds and bedrooms, please make your reservation for 6 guests.
