Holiday rentals with a pool in Georgia

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful to the host. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back for a next time

Great place to stay, great wine made by the host, and the landlady was very warm.The house embodies the good taste of the house owner, the room is very beautiful and the view on the second floor is good, and the telescope can see the snow mountain more clearly. Thank you for the hospitality.

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Lovely apartment with all amenities! Clean, cozy. The apartment has everything you need: hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, electrickettle, electric coffee maker, slippers, bathrobe and much more. I especially liked the lighting in the rooms, the chandeliers and light bulbs were originally and conveniently placed. There are supermarkets nearby, on the contrary, a park. There is a friendly concierge Robert in the building. In general, it was great!

The property was as described if not more it was absolutely beautiful and the views were breath taking watching the sunrise and the sunset will definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here.

Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.

I can't help but write a review about our hotel stop: Lazare family!We are delighted with the host Gochi and his hotel! The hotel is brand new and beautiful! Gocha designed and built it himself! Everything is made with a big soul, very convenient, beautiful, stylish! The hotel is located, in an old tangerine garden, lots of greenery, beautiful view! Within a 10-minute walk there are markets, cafes, pharmacies and a bus stop, for a trip to the center of Batumi! Host Gocha and his wife Russico, they greet guests themselves, surround them with care, are ready to help in any matter, create an atmosphere of safety, comfort and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back! Oh , I almost forgot , we came with a small dog and our pet was very happy!
