Beachfront holiday rental in Georgia

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

A great place for those who love a quiet holiday, and not a fight for a sun lounger and advertising of chuchkela and beer. The shore is convenient, even for children. The owner told me everything and explained. Pleasant communication and help in resolving issues.
