The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

Come to our cozy studio in Batumi and feel at home! Just a 10-minute walk and you are in the park on May 6, next to the dolphinarium, the promenade and the sea. Next to the house there is a Georgian restaurant "Tavaduri" and a cafe "Oliva". There is a two-storey supermarket on the ground floor of the house. The main attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport (stop next to the house).
