We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

I had a wonderful stay at [Host's Name]'s place. The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can be in the centre in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Mila is wonderful host and her apartment is very nice place to stay. It has 2 separate bedrooms, the living room and the balcony with amazing view to the sea. Hope to come back soon

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

everything was good, clean and beautiful house, center of the city. wonderful view and cool balcony. but there were no trash bags, a gel for washing clothes and we were without water ~one hour (it's not a hosts fault, just unlucky)

We stayed with my mother after a trip to the mountains. The white walls and a calm, versatile design allowed us to recharge before returning home. Stunning view of the city, which made it possible to realize that we are in Batumi:) The apartment had everything you need and more. A cozy apartment right next to the sea. Everything looked exactly like in the photos — even the decorative rocks and plants — which made for a great first impression. The space was clean, and it included all the basics. After two days the 45th-floor height felt manageable. There's a small drying rack on the balcony as well, which is a nice touch. Three key things to know before booking: 1. The refrigerator is compact, so it’s not ideal for storing a lot of food — but it’s perfectly fine for a short stay. 2. Cleaning service is available for 60 GEL per visit, and if you're staying more than a week, you get one free cleaning included. 3. The elevators. Sometimes you’ll get up to your apartment in just a couple of minutes. Other times — especially in the afternoon when there are more tourists — you might end up waiting 15–30 minutes.
