Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Adjara

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The apartment is located in a beautiful old building full of character, but the interior has been completely renovated and feels modern and fresh. It was clean and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great – easy access to the city center and old town. The only minor downside was that the beds were quite firm, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Otherwise, I can fully recommend this place!

We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

Absolutely wonderful space. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. It has a beautiful view and all the amenities and details you would need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and boulevard. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even came over late in the evening to solve a few issues we were facing. Amazing people. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended.

Excellent check-in! We were greeted very friendly, everything was shown in detail, two sets of keys were handed over — which is a rarity and very convenient. Sofia was always in touch and readily helped with any of our requests. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy, there is a park nearby, many restaurants and shops - all within walking distance. We were very satisfied, thank you very much!

Central location, beautiful, clean, the owner is always available, always responds positively, helpful, caring, the property is well maintained, clean, tidy, rich in kitchen utensils, highly recommended for families due to the privacy, clean and tidy pool.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

Nice place for big families and private

It is in the suburbs,but next to the shuttle taxi goes to the city center. I asked to call me a taxi,and the host Tamaz personally took me to the airport. Thank you very much Sofia and Tamaz. The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

Everything from check in and communication to check out was great. Flat with all the amenities and plenty of space to keep your stuff. The only issue was the Wifi which was veeery bad and most of the time no existant.

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.
