The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.
