Our "Spatzennest" is a small but fine mini apartment and exudes about 20 m² of hotel room charm. In the immediate vicinity of the town hall and registry office, the accommodation is located in a quiet apartment building in the center of Zwenkau. So also for bridal couples or their guests an ideal location!

The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall-out protection for infants can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided if needed. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also well equipped for the winter.
