The apartment offers optimal space for 2 people. Based on the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years!

The integrated floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Zwenkauer harbor while providing a pleasant daily light radiation. The two sun terraces are accessible through the living room and offer the ideal opportunity for relaxation with a Muschelloun bed and a wooden table with several seating options.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Our newly renovated 60 m² apartment with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower and spacious dining room/kitchen is available as accommodation from 1.6.2025. The magnificent beach of Lake Zwenkau is just 300 metres away and the unique Zwenkau floodplain forest begins right on the doorstep.

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A baby bed can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also perfectly equipped for autumn and winter.
