Wir vermieten unser absolutes Schmuckstück im Leipziger Süden am Zwenkauer See. Ihr habt ein voll ausgestattetes Tinyhaus aus Holz für euch mit einem Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 Bett, einem zusätzlichen Bett auf der offenen Galerie und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das Häuschen liegt in einem alten Hofgrundstück im Ortskern von Zwenkau. Es ist absolut ruhig und ein echtes Hide-away. Wir sind noch dabei, es nach und nach fertig zu stellen, daher gibt es noch keinen Fernseher, aber Wlan ist vorhanden

Die Worte „Warum in die Ferne schweifen? Sieh, das Gute liegt so nah“ sind angelehnt an die Anfangsverse von Goethes Vierzeiler Erinnerung. Unsere neu renovierte 60 m² Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche sowie großzügigen Esszimmer/Küche steht ihnen dabei gerne als Unterkunft ab dem 1.6.2025 zur Verfügung. Bis zum Zwenkauer See sind es gerade mal zirka 600 Meter und der einzigartige Zwenkauer Auwald beginnt im Prinzip schon direkt vor der Haustüre.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (raised ground floor) of an apartment building that was renovated in 2022. From here, you can reach the centre of Leipzig in just a few stops by S-Bahn. Großdeuben is the neighbouring town of Markkleeberg and is centrally located between Markkleeberger See, Cospudener See, Störmthaler See and Zwenkauer See. Due to the numerous lakes and water trails, the area around Leipzig is a popular water sports area.

The picturesque city center of Leipzig is 20 minutes by S-Bahn [suburban train] and 15 minutes by car. There are also numerous lakes nearby that you can explore by car or bike. The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

Cozy apartment in a two-family house in a residential area with a play street not far from Leipzig. The city center of Leipzig can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.

I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 1 is a large, bright ground floor apartment in the southeast corner of the castle. The apartment is adjacent to the kitchen garden and the front of the castle. The apartment has a beautiful and quiet environment with a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a large bedroom.
