Small, cozy, friendly, bright and quietly located apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Kulkwitzer Lake, not far from Leipzig, Neuseenland, Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. In the spirit of corona, we are doing everything we can to comply with Airbnb safety standards.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

Bright, cozy apartment in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenlandschaft with good transport links (highway, S-Bahn & bus) is looking forward to vacationers and business people. The apartment is newly furnished and offers a beautiful outdoor area as well as a relaxed atmosphere with a fireplace, private kitchen and other amenities. The city of Leipzig can be reached in about 15 minutes and by S-Bahn train you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

VILLA, WINE and GARDEN

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Small but nice - lovingly furnished apartment near the lake. Traditional bakeries and shopping around the corner. An open-plan apartment awaited you (only a door that borders the bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining balcony, where you can comfortably enjoy your good morning coffee or end your evening. A cozy box spring bed invites you to dream and on the couch in the living room you can also spend a few nights.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, einem alternativ geprägten Stadtteil. Das Herzstück der Südvorstadt bildet die belebte Einkaufsmeile der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
