The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Unsere neu renovierte 60 m² Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche sowie großzügigen Esszimmer/Küche steht ihnen dabei gerne als Unterkunft ab dem 1.6.2025 zur Verfügung. Bis zum Zwenkauer See sind es gerade mal zirka 600 Meter und der einzigartige Zwenkauer Auwald beginnt im Prinzip schon direkt vor der Haustüre.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
