A wonderful apartment with charm in a quiet location. The welcome was very warm and the apartment is super equipped and clean. Everything you need is available and the beds are very comfortable. We immediately felt comfortable and welcome :) Leipzig is worth a trip and best with these great hosts :) The accommodation was perfect (we were at the gymnastics festival) to reach by public transport and also the event points were very easy to reach (conference hall at the zoo, sports forum, festival grounds, etc.) Restaurants and shopping were also within walking distance. We also had a very good place, whether to play or sleep (grandfather and grandfather in a separate room), me and my 2 kids (3 years and 9 months) in the other room with a travel cot), then with the balcony to sit outside very cozy. Elias (3 years old) loved the slide in the garden and had a lot of fun with the daughter (who was too short for Elias :)) We wish you all the best and thank you again for everything. The spacious apartment is tastefully and reservedly furnished. The loft character is exciting. What the architects have made of the old industrial building is exemplary. And the location is brilliant: quiet and yet optimally connected to public transport. We will be happy to come back.

As a family we spent 3 days at Fabian's place and it was very restorative! The children immediately felt at home and Fabian was always available if there were any questions. Next time we would certainly bring the bikes, then you can also fully enjoy the surrounding bike paths. Overall, it was a very nice getaway!

Definitely one of the most beautiful holiday homes we've been to so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the holiday home was very nicely furnished and the communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

It was wonderful, we'd love to come back!!! The accommodation is still completely new, so to speak, everything is sparkling clean and fully furnished with everything you need, supermarket and other shops are within walking distance. The lake is great on the side of the house and with a private boat to relax. We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful garden very much. We had a very nice stay at Axel’s place. Everything was as described and exactly what we needed. Big enough for us, with plenty of space for everyone to have privacy but also to enjoy time together in the large leaving room or outside. Definitely a recommended place!

We had a really great family holiday at Beate's. The house was great with everything you need for a large family. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and directly adjacent to forest and field. The place is well equipped, tastefully decorated and nicely spacious. And the beds are very comfortable! Despite contactless check-in, communication with Melanie was very nice and totally straightforward. Glad to come back!

We were in the apartment during the WGT and felt very comfortable. The apartment is clean and includes everything you need. Great value for money, and the connection to the city and back was good.

In the apartment, you immediately feel comfortable, very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Rarely slept so well in a strange bed. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything when cooking - everything you need was there. Everything was spotless and very clean. The location is very quiet with nice neighbors and the location was ideal for our excursions, and shopping is within walking distance. There is a parking space practically on the doorstep. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. Great location to explore Leipzig (within 10 minutes walk from the city center) and great neighborhood (multiple restaurants and a wonderful bakery and market) within 5 min walk. Spacious, quiet, airy, and stylish apartment. Very comfortable. Nice touches (like decaf and regular coffee provided). Ben is also a great host.

We liked the accommodation very much, everything looked like in the pictures - very chic and stylish! We felt super comfortable! It is perhaps also important to know that there are various animal decorations in the apartment, such as skins, fur, etc. This may be an issue for vegans. In addition, due to the extraordinary and sensual furnishings (dark wall colours, also the ceiling), the lighting is rather diffuse / cosy and there is no bright light in the rooms. The location by the park and close to public transport is excellent for a city trip.

The apartment was as described and as in the photos. It is very beautiful and functional and has a pleasant size. We stayed there with 3 adults. We particularly liked the surroundings in the old Bleichert works. Very chic, what has been made of the old factory halls. In the evening, we liked to sit in the loggia, which is also possible in the rain. The apartment is very conveniently located if you are traveling by public transport. If you had any questions, the landlord was always easily accessible.

The apartment is very bright and equipped with everything you need. The location is great, close to the zoo and with the S-Bahn you are quickly in the center. Fynn was always very responsive to our questions. I'd love to come back.
