Beautiful view and scenery that you cannot beat. You are literally nestled at the end of the pier with awesome views! Mattresses: Top-of-the-line quality sleep on premium mattresses. TVs: Each bedroom and the living room had its own Roku tv. High-end amenities: everything is plush in this unit. Leather couches, plush rugs (even the bath mats), high-quality sheets, towels, and beddings. Coffee maker is an espresso machine, with a frothier and a carafe much better than Starbucks. Granite countertops and an xl deep stainless steel kitchen sink with a detachable faucet. Parking was super easy (2 spaces) right beside the elevator. We will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this hidden gem, it is well worth it. Beach access is right behind the pool and jacuzzi (opening soon). Book now!

This was the perfect romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday! We enjoyed everything about this beautiful, quaint location.

We loved to stay at Gloria’s place, it felt like coming home. We unfortunately had pretty bad weather, but the location with access to the private beach is priceless. Just so beautiful, with a nice view. The porch and the garden are spacious and ideal if you want to bring your dog. Gloria is a great and very friendly, responsive host. The beds are very comfortable and the towels nice and soft. We will definitely consider to stay there again.

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Molly was a fantastic host and the house was perfect, great location and plenty of room. our stay exceeded our expectations and our kids had a great time. thank you again!

Everything was as advertised and very clean. Highlights for me were the proximity to the beach and the amazing deck. I appreciated the locking gate on the deck so my pups could roam. Kitchen was well supplied with gadgets needed for cooking. Host was responsive to a quick question I had during my stay. Being somewhat central on the north side of the island, it is easy to walk or bike into both the town and the pier. Thanks for having us!

Cute, modern, clean place to stay! Loved how close we were to the beach and the boardwalk, we walked to the beach all 5 days we stayed. Host was super communicative and always got back to us within minutes.

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

My group of friends booked Travis' airbnb recently as we were all in Wilmington to celebrate an engagement party and we all 100% would recommend the airbnb to anyone who is looking to stay in downtown Wilmington! The house itself was great - it had fun decorations but also a cozy vibe. We loved using the firepit area too. You can also very easily walk to downtown Wilmington - it took us a 15 minute walk to get Sunday brunch at Savorez downtown (which was amazing). It's also a minute walk to a brewery, awesome pizza spot, and a bar that had live music which was fun to pop over to. Travis was also so unbelievably accommodating as well - I feel like sometimes there can be funny rules with airbnb's these days, but I felt like as long as we were communicative and respectful of the home, it was really relaxed and totally stress-free! We'd all stay there again - I'm even recommending the spot to some guests who may stay to celebrate our wedding in Wilmington next year :)

Nice small place that backs up to the waterway, great if you have kayaks. it’s only a short walk to 2 beach access points so it’s easy to get to the beach.

My family had an amazing stay! The home was very clean and looks brand new. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the property. There’s a cafe/convenient store beside the house. If your capable there’s shops, restaurants, ice-cream, beach bars, etc. within a 20-35 min walk. We loved driving down to Kure beach pier (10 minute drive) nightly and spent most evenings walking the boardwalk area, strolling on the pier, and fishing. There were plenty of linens, cookware, and beach gear available at the property. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony, as it had great views of harbor and ocean. The area felt safe and quite at night. Lots of people biking, running, & walking from early morning to late night. Only drawback for us was the parking area. It’s tight, and large/wide vehicles struggle to park or turn around in the parking area especially if you bring the max vehicles aloud. Overall, I highly recommend!! It was an exceptional stay!

The home was perfect for our vacation! We absolutely loved the screened in patio and fenced in yard. This was our first time traveling with a newly adopted dog, and we couldn’t have imagined a better or more functional space. We hope to be back!

I normally stay with family when visiting Wilmington, but this time we had a big group & this worked perfectly for us! The beds were comfy, bathrooms & kitchen were squeaky clean, & there was plenty of space for everyone. It was literally a 10 minute walk to the riverwalk/downtown. I also love the historical plaque on the home, as a big history lover, I really enjoy Wilmington in general! Overall, I would definitely recommend!!

The house was immaculate! From living quarters, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, screened porch and everything in between it truly felt like no corner was missed and as a mom of 2 young kids that was such a relief to walk into. There were beach and pool items that were actually usable and not rusted and salt water rotted like your typical rental spots. The location was perfect. Far enough from the main road to be private, but close enough to take the golf cart or walk anywhere you’d need to go. Mary was communicative, thankful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Clean, beautiful, well-decorated and the pool was amazing! Rain shower head was luxurious! The only suggestion we'd have for the owners is to consider installing mattress toppers on the beds for those who prefer a softer mattress. We did have a larger group and went through many of the provided supplies in just a few days and would recommend planning on getting more dishwasher pods, trash bags, and paper towels for your stay.

Fantastic place to stay, but parking can be a challenge if you have large vehicles or multiple vehicles. Not a host issue, more a community issue and Carolina beach as a whole.

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

Just remodeled. Space was was super clean! Very responsive to our request for ice maker service Even provided 2 bags of ice to hold us over if repairs needed. View was excellant! We will use again

Warren was extremely helpful when we checked in and also whenever we checked out. the spot is in a wonderful view on the cape fear river and just across the USS North Carolina. there's a dozen places for you to walk to the cotton exchange for some shopping, the Dixie grille for some good food on market st. there's also a few more around the area that is good, all in all it's a great spot for everyone to do in the downtown area, parking is a hassle in downtown Wilmington but the parking garage is not that far from the condo. overall this place is a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely great place to stay for our anniversary. We loved how walkable everything was. The boardwalk is fantastic and the beach access is great! We absolutely loved this condo and we will be back!

Great location and extremely close to the beach, you could see the beach from the front porch! Was also close to many places to eat, coffee and shopping. If it hadn’t been so hot we probably would’ve been able to walk everywhere. Please try Sea Blue Ice Cream for the best ice cream ever! Stacey’s place had all the little things you would need for you and your pet. Also very clean! I would recommend bringing ear plugs though because the people above me stomped ALL night long and being a light sleeper it was rough. I would still come back though!

Had an amazing weekend with our family here. Easy check in, clean, had everything you could need for a beach getaway. Best part was the sunset view. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo and stay! The unit had everything we needed and was clearly upgraded thoughtfully. The location was perfect and a few steps away from the beach, with a beautiful pool and other amenities onsite. The owners were responsive and made our stay seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely return.
