Holiday rentals with beach access in Wilmington

We had an amazing weekend with lots do do and tons of fun. I would highly recommend.

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

This place was beautiful! Erika has a very clean space and it was perfect for my friend and I’s vacation! The walk to the beach was a breeze, and there were lots of fun things and cute shops around the area! Erika was super responsive and helpful and gave perfect instructions that made getting checked in & out super smooth. I will definitely be back! Tippy was the cutest :)

The loft looked just like the photos and was very clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. The beautiful deck with Adirondack chairs is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials (like a peeler and bottle opener), which made it easy to cook meals for our family of five. The TV setup worked great for a cozy family movie night. We brought our own beach toys and chairs, but it would be a nice touch if the property offered some for guest use. The outdoor shower, easy parking and laundry downstairs completed the package! We only stayed one night but definitely would come back for longer. The beach here is gorgeous!

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

Ariana was an absolute incredible host. She was kind and responsive and very proactive on answering any of our questions. This house has an incredible feel to it and she had everything you could possibly need! We will definitely be staying here again 💜

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! The place was delivered spotlessly clean. Check-in was easy. Renee and Bill gave clear instructions and were quickly responsive. They also had great recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. We loved seeing the ocean right from our bedroom, living room, and from our balcony. We loved sleeping with the sound of the waves. Being beachfront is really special. Access to the beach is only a block away and the main part of town is only about a mile. That's where the boardwalk and many restaurants are. There's even a small amusement park for kids. We had a great stay. Bottom line: We would happily rent here again.

Great location and nice porch. We loved being able to walk to the beach! Just 3 blocks away! Park the car and just hit the sand. We also enjoyed the town’s free fireworks on Thursday. This home gave us a nice space to relax for a great price. Note: that the bunkbeds are connected to one of the bedrooms and there is only the 1 bathroom. All worked for our small family and we had a nice vacation! Book this one! You will enjoy a peaceful stay at a fantastic beach!
