Condo holiday rentals in Wilmington

Super awesome place! Location is the best part of this condo. Although it can get loud on the weekend nights, it is central to downtown and you can easily walk anywhere. This place is clean and cozy. We will be back!

Great location! Everything was a breeze!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

This great Station One condo was just what my family needed for our stay in Wrightsville! The surroundings are beautiful, and the property is easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a favorite boutique. Payton’s place is just as pictured — clean and neat, with a lovely view. When we had a question, it was promptly answered. We had a wonderful stay!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

The condo was beautiful, the location was exceptional, and the goats were friendly and responsive. We couldn’t ask for a better stay!

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

We had a great stay, everything was explain and written down so we did not have to reach out for questions. Great hosts and a wonderful stay.

Kimberly is a super-duper host. Her apartment was over-the-top clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen wares and all the usual items you need on day one so you don’t have to dash to the grocery. And the location is the best, I think, in Carolina Beach. The building is new, modern, and quiet. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and all through the old neighborhoods. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

this place was everything that we had hoped it would be. only complaint is we are not pet people and this place obviously was very pet friendly. the host is amazing with responding to every request politely and timely. we will definitely be staying with them again especially if they have a no pets property.

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

Great location and nice porch. We loved being able to walk to the beach! Just 3 blocks away! Park the car and just hit the sand. We also enjoyed the town’s free fireworks on Thursday. This home gave us a nice space to relax for a great price. Note: that the bunkbeds are connected to one of the bedrooms and there is only the 1 bathroom. All worked for our small family and we had a nice vacation! Book this one! You will enjoy a peaceful stay at a fantastic beach!

Bob’s place was amazing! I stayed here for a solo trip and it was the perfect location, I walked everywhere the entire time. There are so many restaurants & bars right in the area and a beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Bob was great and the instructions were super clear I didn’t have to reach out for anything. Would absolutely recommend this place and next time I’m in town I’ll check to see if it’s available first!

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

David and Nikki’s condo was a great place for our family of four to stay for a short week! David was quick to reply to any of my messages. Also helpful, was a binder full of restaurants including their menus and times of operation. The beach was just steps away, and the condo was bordered by two pools, which our kids loved!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! My husband and I loved our trip to Shelley’s place and visiting the island! 🩷It was such a nice, quiet place to stay, you can see the ocean out of the back door, and condo is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and ice cream shops. We will definitely be back to visit again!

The place was delivered spotlessly clean. Check-in was easy. Renee and Bill gave clear instructions and were quickly responsive. They also had great recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. We loved seeing the ocean right from our bedroom, living room, and from our balcony. We loved sleeping with the sound of the waves. Being beachfront is really special. Access to the beach is only a block away and the main part of town is only about a mile. That's where the boardwalk and many restaurants are. There's even a small amusement park for kids. We had a great stay. Bottom line: We would happily rent here again.
