Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance
This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

First Floor beach retreat with fantastic ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from one of the two balconies. Catch the sunrise from your bed or get up and take a stroll along the beach. Condo has been recently updated with modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and gorgeous as spa like bathrooms. Beach chairs all supplied. Guests who brings pets will be charged $25 per pet and this is non-refundable.

A classic 1946 duplex cottage on the outside, reimagined as a modern coastal retreat on the inside, The Bungalow Loft blends timeless charm with contemporary comfort. This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom, two additional daybeds in the living area, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. Step outside to enjoy expansive outdoor living, complete with a front porch, spacious deck, fire pit, and refreshing outdoor shower.

The Bird’s Nest- Private Attic Apartment
Pet Fee: $25 Early check in/late check out: $25 Interested in "tiny home" living? The Bird's Nest is a cozy ATTIC space turned into an apartment! The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
