Location, location, location! Only 900' from the beach, this private apartment on the ground floor of my home provides easy access to the beach, boardwalk and all the Oceanfront has to offer without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Two private entrances, indoor and outdoor showers, patio, grill, fenced backyard, bicycles and beach gear included. This is a private "mother-in-law suite" on the ground floor of my split-level home. The bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. The living room sofa folds out to a second Queen-size bed, perfect the kids. The exterior door in the bedroom leads to the fenced-in back yard, shared with the owner (me), but you'll have your own patio space for lounging outdoors. There is plenty of room for Cornhole or tossing a Frisbee in the back yard. We also have a 10' Basketball hoop in the front. Want to grill some steaks and eat in? Feel free to use the outdoor gas barbecue on the upper deck. His & Hers bicycles, beach chairs and a big beach umbrella are included at no extra charge. The outdoor shower includes hot & cold water and is perfect for rinsing the sand off after a hard day at the beach. A flat-screen HDTV, DIRECTV DVR and DVD player are included.
