And YES, we also live here. The house has 2 floors, each floor 130 m², so enough space for everyone :)

Vacation at the gates of Vienna

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.
