Set on a famous boulevard in Leopoldstadt’s 2nd district, you’re steps from hip restaurants, Augarten Park, Donaukanal nightlife and the city center—including St. Stephen’s Cathedral—all within walking distance. The U1 subway stops right in front of the building. A beloved modern coffee shop downstairs serves excellent pastries and sandwiches, popular with locals and expats alike.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, located at the end of the quiet courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living, a mix of old and new. Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. Infrared deep heat cabin to relax. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.
