This bright and very quietly located apartment is on the top floor of a villa. Accessible via a private staircase, there is a room with a kitchen, a large living room (dining table, corner sofa and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level. There are plenty of cosy spots in the large, fully fenced garden. You can use the pool (heated by solar panels) from June to October. 5 mins to the bus to Vienna, 10 mins to the main railway station

The house is situated in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5-minute walk, the tram to the city center is 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.
