The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. You are located in the heart of Vienna. This deluxe studio is located in a quiet, ivy-covered courtyard, just 200 steps from the cathedral, in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants nearby. The studio (27 m²) itself is completely redesigned, the bathroom and furniture are completely new. Although central, it is very quiet. Professional cleaning and disinfection ensures 5-star cleanliness.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
