Great, comfortable space. Had everything we needed for a big group. Beautiful house and surroundings.

We loved our stay at Beatrix’s place. The house has a beautiful layout and design. The extensive music collection is also a plus! It is a bit far from the city center but there is a bus stop not far from the house and we didn’t mind at all.

Incredibly nice charming house, full of character with a picture window overlooking a beautiful garden with trees, and we even spotted a squirrel climbing around. It was so nice to stay in a well-loved and cared-for house, which reminded me of the story "Tom's Midnight Garden". We were met by the owner and welcomed and shown around the house and our car had a place off-road to park. Regina was incredibly helpful, especially suggesting how to get to Vienna using public transport (so I didn't have to drive). She directed us to the tram stop, and the tram took us directly into Viena without needing to change lines. Instead of chairs facing a TV, the chairs focussed on a picture window which showcased the garden, letting us easily enjoy the in-bloom trees within. All-in-all, an extremely nice stay. Would happily return.

We spent New Year’s Eve in Beatrix’s villa in Vienna and we had an amazing time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, private and close to several bus lines that took us to Ottakring Subway Station. All in all we had a great vacation in Vienna.

Wir haben als Großfamilie Linda´s Unterkunft gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Dieses bezauberte Haus hat uns allen sofort gefallen. Trotz des kalten Wetters hatten wir eine angenehm warme Unterkunft. Der große Aufenthaltsraum mit der charmanten Mischung aus Designermöbeln und großer Lounge ermöglichte abends ein gemütliches Zusammensein. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Linda klappte hervorragend. Wir können diese Gastgeberin und ihre Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft für große Gruppen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht, von der Waschmaschine über Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Spielzeug. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass auch ein Garten dabei ist und es einen Esstisch gibt, an dem alle 20 Personen Platz hatten. Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal, es gibt nur eine überschaubare Anzahl von Gaststätten und Lebensmittelgeschäften in der näheren Umgebung, die noch dazu am Wochenende nicht geöffnet haben.

Mirela place is very big, comfortable, warm and It has lots of natural light. It fit well and 100% with Airbnb photos. The bus stop is few steps from the door and public transport in Vienna are excelente. 10 minutes walking from the House to the right side you have a tiny shop (magazine, tobacco…) where you can buy a daily, twice day or weekly public transport ticket. It is cheaper and very convenient. In the front of this shop is a Spar supermarket. It is very nice. The house has a fabulous Nespresso coffee machine. You can have expresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte… To back for sure!

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

הגעתי למיכאלה ונורבט דרך הביקורות שנכתבו ולפי רוב הייתה שהייה נוחה וטובה לכן בחרתי להתארח אצלם ולא התאכזבתי כלל וכלל. אנשים לבביים ומארחים מצויינים. הבית נקי,מצוחצח ולפי תיאורם עומד לרשותי אף על פי ששהיתי בקומה העליונה היכן שעליי להיות. נרקמה ידידות עמוקה עם המארחת המופלאה מיכאלה עם שיחות נפש משמחות,נורברט גם הוא איש לבבי שעזר מאוד בכל מה שקשור לניווט חיצוני ושאלות כלליות על וינה והסביבה. ולסיום,לא אשכח את קמילו המתוק,כלב מדהים עם חיבה בלתי נגמרת שלא מתעייף לשחק אף פעם. ללא ספק אני אחזור לשם בקרוב ואולי אעשה זאת בקיץ.

Amazing place and a fantastic host in Edi. He was in constant touch with us much before we arrive bed and ensured a perfect retreat for us. The service was par excellence and would highly recommend this for groups - family or friends.

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und schönen Schlafräumen. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber man hat einen traumhaften Blick über Wien. Der Bus ist auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Familien Weihnachtsfest in Danielas Haus gefeiert und sie hat uns ihren Weihnachtsschmuck zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet viel Raum und Gemütlichkeit für ein entspanntes Familienzusammenkommen.

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr schnelle Kommunikation!

Selten habe ich mich in einem AirBnB so wohl gefühlt wie in dem wunderschönen Zuhause von Alix und Günther. Sehr geschmackvoll, es war alles da, was man sich hätte wünschen können und nichts zu viel. Sehr schönes Himmelbett, großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Küche mit allem, was man so brauchen könnte, Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Weitere Sitzgelegenheiten in Wintergarten und vor dem Haus, aber dafür war es zu kalt. Man kann direkt loswandern in den wunderschönen Wienerwald. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Wien dauert mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwas und die Anbindung ist abends nicht mehr optimal, aber das war uns vor der Buchung klar. Klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Haus mit riesiger Fläche mit super Ausstattung, jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Highlight war das Spa mit Sauna und Pool.
