We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the city centre was extremely conveniently located from the flat and everything we wanted for a ‘touristy’ trip to Brighton was within walking distance. We had great food options and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!😃

Amazing stay!! Myself and my cousin were the first people to stay in this lovely place. We booked very last minute due to our other booking having issues. The host greeted us, and they were really lovely. We stay Friday through to Monday, May bank holiday. It was very noisy but that’s north street in Brighton for you and this really cannot be helped. Other than that I have nothing bad at all to say what so ever. 10/10 stay.

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated caravan. It was homely, cosy, clean and full of thoughtful personal touches from the owner. Everything felt very welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and the swimming pool. On rainy days and quiet evenings, we really appreciated the selection of DVDs, books and board games. Not far from the caravan, we also had a great time fossil hunting at Bracklesham Bay and enjoyed tea and scones at the Bracklesham Tea Room and Garden. Thank you so much for everything, we’d love to return!

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

I had an amazing stay at this flat! Mohamed, the host, was absolutely incredible, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. From thoughtful touches to great local recommendations, he made the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect, with everything close by, and the free parking was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Kevin was very helpful, patient, and responsive, especially since we checked in on a Bank Holiday and got a little overwhelmed by the busy marina. We can't ask for more in a host and would stay in this beautifully furnished flat, which is right in the middle of the marina's restaurants and shops. The corner shop, a cafe, and a restaurant are right downstairs from the flat. Despite being in the middle of the nightlife, it is quiet and comfortable.

The place looked exactly like the picture. It was very clean, the only issue was the toilet bins which were not emptied before us. Check in was easy, however the block number was not given ti us beforehand so we had to look around for a while after calling the number for check in. But generally, a good place and wroth the money.

George is very friendly and is always willing to help out. He has very quick replies and explains everything you need to know. The apartment was in the perfect location and the free gated parking was an additional bonus. Me and my girlfriend had a perfect weekend away!

Such a lovely, spacious, unique family home to stay in. It provided a perfect base for 8 of us to attend a nearby wedding, with all of the amenities and entertainment that we could wish for - including a multi-level garden that the kids loved exploring! Emily was extremely accommodating with our check-in arrangements and was responsive throughout. The added touch of a bottle of wine for us to enjoy was also very kind. Thanks for having us, Emily!

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

Our two families had a superb stay here. So well equipped and stunning location and accommodation. Really well set up and thought out so not wanting for anything, kitchen/dining really well equipped up for larger groups. Children loved the games room and so lovely to be able to just all stroll out into the woods and public footpaths. So rare to find somewhere where no room for improvement or any snags. A real treasure!

Family trip with another family to celebrate a 50th birthday. Helpful and informative comms from Julia including some great tips on where to visit. A lovely sized and well equipped contemporary house which was perfect for our stay. Kids loved the trampoline and huge cinema like TV. 5yr old loved the dinosaur bed and toys. We loved the super comfy bed and the later check out.

Fiona was very quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay. Caravan is in a lovely spot on the site and walkable to all amenities on site and the beach. Would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

This is a very personal home that makes you feel that you are in a place that's full of love and family values - the opposite of those places that are pure lettings owned by companies. It's exactly as advertised and very comfortable. From the lovely scented aroma that you smell as you enter to the abundance of throws, cushions and pilows around the place, this house makes you feel warm and welcome. Maria was really helpful - leaving fresh milk and such for our arrival - and she sent some lovely messages and recommendations during our stay - she's a fantastic host and is rightly proud to share her lovely home with her guests. Chris’s house is really lovely and Lewes is fantastic. Spacious house, comfortable beds and great coffee machine. All the things you’d want - including a surprise sauna! Would highly recommend.
