The living area (above our garage) consists of double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. A kitchen can be accessed via outside steps. A car is essential for this location. Many walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Great base for Knepp, Arundel, Goodwood, Kinsbrook, Brighton.

The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Top floor brand new loft conversion. Very bright and airy. Stunning views of the sea and the downs from all rooms. Large living/dining/kitchen, bedroom and fab bathroom. Photos do not do it justice.
