Glamping shepherds hut South Downs

HannahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
After walking 56km on the South Downs that day, seeing the Shepherd’s Hut was a delight. As I arrived I just called up Pauline and she met me outside, and chatted me through the area and told me all about the farm which just added to the magic. The hut had everything you need, kettle, fridge, light, electricity and beautiful views. The area was silent and so private whilst just being next to the South Downs Way path. The bed was so comfortable and the hut was super warm. There is an electric heater should you need it in the winter months. I would 100% stay again!

The Hut in The Orchard

NikkiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely stay for a few nights. The orchard is beautiful and completely enclosed even for our small dog (and child) so we could let him run around. Next to a quiet road, with occasional cars, the area is peaceful with the sounds of birds and occasionally the cows. We loved having the dining hut too so we could spread out a bit and toast marshmallows. Our five year old loved Dinosaur Island in the nearby country park and paddling in the lake there. We also had a wonderful day out on the Bluebell railway. Great short trip!

Simply lovely South Downs Shepherd hut

JekabsRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
For people who like nature and hiking this is a jam! Easy to get there from London either going to Lewes (30 min walk) or Brighton (3-4h hike with great views). The sauna is the cherry on top after a long day out in the nature. Sian was very friendly and welcoming, and gave us plenty of suggestions. The hut is cozy with comfortable bed and good board game selection for late evenings. Local people are very friendly and it is lovely to walk to the nearby pubs along the hiking path. We highly recommend to visit The Abergaveny Arms, food is something else! Also Off the Wagon pop up pub is great. We will definitely come back.

Sindles Farm Shepherd's Hut- Hampshire

SineadRating, 5 stars8 months ago
What a place 😍! Laura is the most welcoming host and made us feel so welcome before we even arrived. The Hampshire hut is the perfect place for a little getaway and with two dogs the walks right on the doorstep was just perfect! We enjoying cooking over the fire and made the most of the toasty log burner inside the hut, and despite the colder evenings we’re never cold in the cosy hut ! Just perfect, will definitely be back :) thank you Laura 💫💫💫💫💫

Romantic Shepherds Hut 20 mins from Brighton

JanetRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely stay at an off the grid shepherd’s hut, about 15 min drive away from Brighton. Hut was situated in a very private area surrounded by fields on the host’s farm property. Host was very helpful recommending things to do in the area including a picturesque walk over to a local pub. We really enjoyed the generous supply of firewood for heating the hut, as well as the selection of board games. Thanks again! We will be back, Ana & Chris

Well-equipped Shepherds hut in private glade

JakeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The hut is really cute, it feels very warm and homely and was exactly as it was pictured. The outside area is good, the fire pit was cool and really good for cooking. The surrounding area felt safe and quiet, also lots of birds in the trees and horses in nearby fields. The hut can get quite warm when you’ve been out for the day and the doors are shut so be mindful of leaving food out. A bug screen/curtain on the doors would be nice, other than that fantastic place 10/10 highly recommend. Great for walking and animal spotting, we saw some deer in the woods literally 2mins away and loads of different birds as well.

Lakeside Hut with Hot Tub, Fire Pit, BBQ, & WiFi

FayeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderful little stay away! We wanted somewhere just for a night close by for my birthday and they even put a banner up for me and made it feel that extra special! We were blown away but the hut, hot-tub and fire pit with the lake view! Would defiantly recommend and will hopefully be making a return in the near future!

We had a wonderful few days at this beautiful location. We would particularly recommend use of the Wild Spa facilities including the Hottub, sauna and cold plunge! We were also grateful that we booked massages as was well worth the extra money. All felt like a lovely escape and a relaxing few days.

West Sussex Shepherd Hut

BrianRating, 5 stars25 months ago
We were fortunate to be the first to stay at this shepards hut, for a weekend. What a wonderful peaceful location to stay. The hut is located at the rear of hosts garden, which is screened off to give you some privacy. Has an outside seating area and fire pit. Inside was cozy with a very comfortable bed, with lots of pillows, a little kitchen area with seating and fold up table top for meals. Bathroom although small was well equipped with a good electric shower. Location is near to Chichester and is easy to drive to places like Goodwood, the witterings and Hayling Island. A short drive to Bosham and Emsworth are worth visiting. There is a great pub just up the road, which does great food, highly recommend. We had the place to ourselves as the host was away at the time, but he kept in touch and communication was excellent, providing us with all the details we needed for a great stay. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Thankyou Carl.

THE HUT by the stream, Graffham near Goodwood

JasonRating, 5 starstoday
Emma’s place is charming. All one needs for a relaxing break in miniature. Scrupulously clean and well provisioned. It’s so nice when hosts are kind enough to provide basics like milk and cereal. Emma offers an actual breakfast too, although sadly I was unable to enjoy it owing to my schedule. The setting is delightful and the sound of the dawn chorus in the shepherds hut was a delight.

Little Cowdray Glamping - Shepherd's Hut

HarryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My Partner and I just spent the weekend in the shepherds hut and it was nothing short of magical. Teresa showed us all the animals, told us all their names and let us feed the animals. My partner was lucky enough to walk one of the little cows in preparation for a show next weekend - it made her weekend. Our favourite was Dusty the horse, the most relaxed and perfect horse I’ve ever met. We went for lunch at the three horse shoes and it was lovely, a real country pub. We felt at home and the whole family were so lovely and approachable. We cannot wait to stay here again, hopefully in the very near future. The hot tub was to die for also!
