The apartment was clean and nice. Better than the pictures showed! Easy check-in and quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay right downtown with restaurants and coffee shops all around. Angelica's place was easy to get into and a nice space. We had everything we needed and felt right at home.

We were staying for the weekend to visit our son at UCM and the location was excellent--a residential neighborhood super close to UCM. The place was quite comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom was small with a rather tight shower, but it was all very clean and updated. I would stay here again.

The inside is very nice and homey. The food next door was great and everyone was very helpful!! Thanks for a great stay!!

We were in town for the Joplin festival, so the location - a couple of blocks from the main venue - was perfect. I was a little worried about it being over a bar, but that was absolutely no issue. The place was super clean and well stocked, and there is a great welcome book with restaurant suggestions. We really felt like we were living in old Sedalia with modern amenities!

The Senator's Loft is a fantastic place to stay if you ever need to come to downtown Sedalia!

We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The place has always been clean and we will definitely stay again.

Milred's place was perfect for our visit to Sedalia for the ragtime festival. Mildred was very accomodating. I am sensitive to fragrances and she made sure to wash all the linens in fragrance free laundry detergent. Mildred also let us check in early so we could drop off our things and make it in time to our first concert. We brought our bikes and locked them on the back porch. We found the beds comfortable. I like a firm mattress. The place was exceptionally clean. Mildred was alwayds very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! Tina and David are so kind and welcoming. Tina was quick to reply to any request, she has this home stocked with everything you can possibly need. The home is very clean, beautiful and even larger than I expected. We absolutely loved how serene and peaceful the property is. We loved visiting the chickens and the horse. OMG my daughter absolutely loves their sweet horse. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at a ton of VRBO, rentals and Airbnbs. this is definitely one of our favorites. Thank you Tina and Davis for making our trip so wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s property. It’s a little further from the fairgrounds than we usually stay, but totally worth the 15 minute drive. The pool was terrific after long, hot days. Kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Beds were comfy, everything was very clean and welcoming. He was very responsive to my questions prior to and throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again!

This was an exceptional stay! We were greeted with an adorable welcome gift that included local products, such a nice touch. The location gives you a lake experience without a lot of loud boat traffic like other Ozarks locations. My husband was able to fish and caught catfish, bass and carp. I would definitely recommend this for a relaxing stay.

We just wanted a couple days of peace and quiet and that was exactly what we found. The cabin was kept very tidy and neat with lots of small extras. Little things like extra trash cans discreetly about, plenty of towels, and a nice little coffee selection with condiments. There is also a provided gas grill on the upper deck. It was neatly cleaned and ready for use. Below the cabin near the woods edge they provided a stocked campfire area. It is very peaceful here even though there are several houses and cabins in the immediate surroundings. The owners live directly adjacent to the cabin and were available but not intrusive whatsoever. There are several small restaurants and bars in the area. You are very close the lake for fishing, boating, or swimming if you choose. If you are looking for peace and quiet or need a place to stay while at the lake this is a great choice.

This was a great place to stay in Marshall! The location was super convenient and it was very easy to access. The house was very clean and comfortable and we felt at home right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Ten members of our family stayed at Welcome Home. It was so comfortable and cozy. Plenty of space to be together and also have privacy. Four showers/six restrooms meant no waiting. Jeff and Kim went over and above to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was the most plentifully supplied AirBnB that I've ever been to. Thank you, Jeff and Kim!

I would give our booking here TEN stars if it were possible! Our hosts were kind, helpful and very responsive. They offered recommendations and checked in often to make sure everything was going well. This place was exactly as it was pictured. It was quiet, peaceful, inviting and close to entertainment in the area. This was our first time visiting Lake of the Ozarks but hopefully won’t be our last. If/when we visit, this will definitely be our place to stay.
