Holiday houses in Kansas City

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

Nice sized place. It gave us a goos launchpad into the area for a few days. Thanks for the place!!!

Great spot for a group, beds were comfortable and the communal spaces are nice to have to congregate. Host was communicative and accommodating. Good location for OP, and quiet at night. I do wish that hosts didnt ask you to do chores upon checking out. This is something about Airbnb that has gotten out of hand and makes me want to stay in hotels when possible. Also note that check in for this house is not until 5PM! The host was accommodating when we asked for a late check out by an hour which was nice.

Easy check in/check out process, house was clean and just as pictured showed. Very nice area and convenient. 10 from restaurants and shopping and about 15 min from the big city! Had a great time

What a great little gem! The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood and only a couple minutes from the interstate and good shopping. We slept 4 people in 3 different rooms and still had and some additional space downstairs if we had needed to sleep a 5th person. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking (which was a significant reason for Airbnb versus a hotel) easy and natural. We had family style dinners with little more effort than back at home. The home is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable furniture, and the beds (at least mine anyways.. I didn't test the others) was very comfortable. Hosts were genuine and friendly and checked in with us several times! When we return to Independence, MO, this will be my preferred rental moving forward! THANK YOU!!!!

The little house is very cute and conveniently located to many of the places we planned to go during our stay.

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.

We enjoyed staying at Kathleen's Air BnB. Each of us had our own bedroom and there was plenty of space.
