A large loft in a historic 1929 building. Fully appointed with all the items to enjoy a weekend or long term stay. Full Kitchen with all the cooking equipment as well as a wet bar. The 1929 refurbished loft has foosball table, shuffleboard, steel tip dart board and a baby grand piano! Two large smart TV's and a great view of the city. Located right above Bite Me BBQ, across the street from Norton's Brewery, and step out front turn left and you can see Intrust Bank Arena just a block away!

Hidden in east Wichita - the Ridgewood Studio

This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 dogs (meet our doodles!) on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.
