There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

Located in Historic Delano District our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home has been home to many Wichita Local Shoe Repair Shops for the past 75 plus years. The last time this building homed a Shoe Repair Store was just a year and a half ago and owned and operated by my husband Keith. When he chose to run only one store, this building sat empty for a year. Once I realized this awesome building & location would be a perfect home away for travelers we began designing.

The sofa is comfortable enough to curl up on and take a nap, it's soft and plush. The chair in the living room is a recliner, where you can lay back and watch TV , be careful you might go to sleep there too. Watch TV in bed on the 50" big screen. Enjoy the feel of a vacation whether you're here for work or play.
