Welcome to the Cozy Broad BnB studio! This charming studio apartment has been newly renovated from top to bottom. The unit is located on the lower level of our home. It has a walk-out separate entrance with no shared space. Conveniently located in a family-friendly neighborhood only 1.5 blocks from the University of Central Missouri and an easy 15 minute drive from Whiteman Air Force Base. Kitchenette includes a countertop stovetop, convection oven with air fryer, fridge, and microwave.

This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. Hear the birds chirping in the day and the frogs of the ponds in the evening. Surround yourself with pines, pasture, fruit trees and blackberry bushes outside and space for entertaining or family dinners inside. Built in 1940, this cute old sheep farm still holds its charm with many modern updates.

Situated in the heart of Midwestern farm country, and located just minutes from I-70, Sunset C Bed & Breakfast is a working cattle ranch where owners Galen & Pam raise Akaushi (Red Wagyu) cow/calf pairs and market their own beef right on the farm.
