Farm in the City

A little piece of the country in the city. The property was originally a small dairy farm until the 1940s. Only two acres remain but they are full of lots of charm and character. When you enter guest house you enter down a step and into the living room. Where you’ll find a a little entry space with mirror, table and coat rack. To the right is cozy living space with Sofa, chair and tv. Parts of the house have 12 foot ceilings that give it a very open but cozy feel. Through the living room you’ll enter the kitchen and then dinette area looking out to the deck. To the right you’ll find the bedroom and bathroom. The home has a cozy farmhouse feel with lots of natural light but can easily be closed with blinds and curtains throughout. It’s very clean and recently remodeled. Most furniture is new with a few antique pieces. You’ll have your own driveway, parking pad and private entry. You have access to WiFi throughout, cable tv and Netflix. Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pantry and lots of cabinet space. You have bar area to eat at or can pull open table under mirror. The bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress with all new bedding. You’ll find the bedroom very calming and peaceful for a good nights rest. For clothing storage we have armoire and walk in closet with shelf/hangers. The bathroom has full size tub and shower plus plenty of cabinet storage. I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and wash clothes. You’ll find ironing board and iron in walk in closet. Washer and dryer are in front of parking pad with double doors and I provide washing detergent. You’ll have access to backyard if you want to use fire pit, grill or picnic bench. The back deck is an amazing place to watch the sunset after a long day. We have an outside table sitting four with large canvas umbrella. Plenty of outdoor lights to brighten up space which you can control. Located in the midtown area and close to 630 you’re minutes from everything! I live just next door so usually always around if have any questions!

Come enjoy all downtown Little Rock has to offer right from the steps of this BRAND NEW UPDATED studio apartment. If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is the place for you. If you are looing for a place to party, please do not book my apartment. Little Rock's best museums, libraries, arts, entertainment, business, and culture are all within walking distance. HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
