Holiday rentals with lake access in Little Rock

I brought a group of students on a field trip and we stayed here, they all loved it. We had a great time, the house was amaing.

This place is super nice! Easy to get there. Beautiful property. We saw a bald Eagle flying overhead, and I listened to the frogs and the owls in the early morning sitting under the back porch. It worked perfectly for us and I will rebook in the fall here again!

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

This place was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The size was perfect for our group, the house was very clean, the hot tub was amazing! The house was very roomy and comfortable!! Lots of outdoor space as well as TVs in every bedroom plus’s both living areas and on the deck. Everyone in our group was satisfied and we left feeling pleased we chose this particular house to make memories in!!! Thank you Eric for sharing your house with my family!!! BTW we had total of 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable.

Cannot give this place less than five stars. The location was gorgeous, clean, organized, and easily accessible. The property is also conveniently close enough to downtown to have a good time but far enough away to have a peaceful afternoon when you need it. The hosts were very organized, responsive with any questions, and were extremely hospitable. This place has everything you need especially for larger guest stays. Would 10 times out of 10 stay here again!!!

Great place to stay! We had so much fun fishing off the dock! The house was beautiful and clean. Close distance to downtown Hot Springs! We also loved that we could rent the box seat at Oaklawn for the races. Thanks again! We will be back!

Incredible stay! The dock and patio in the morning was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the lake view. The beds are very comfortable. Loved the big shower. The house is just as described and comfortably accommodated our group of six. Would definitely stay again.

Condo building is located in a quiet safe neighborhood with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs which made carrying luggage in/out a breeze. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy place for a weekend getaway. The sunset and sunrise views from the apartment were amazing. Overall enjoyed the stay.

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

had a wonderful weekend get away. Unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with a lot of attention paid to the small details which makes a huge difference. Very, cozy, warm and inviting with all of the amenities provided, including coffee. We went for want of nothing. I would book this unit again.

This Lake House Was Everything My Wife And I imagined It Would Be. Plus Our Host Was Very Informative On Where To Go And All The Great Things You Can Do. Eating Breakfast And Dinner On The Deck Over Looking The Water Was Definitely A Vibe. I Most Definitely Can’t Forget About The Sunrise And The Sunset… Just Beautiful!!! Very nice place to stay. Absolutely loved the house and location. Screened in porch was my favorite place to enjoy morning coffee. Will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends and family. Hosts were amazing and were very friendly and helpful.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Hot Springs. We love horse racing and also enjoy peace and quiet. This was the perfect combination for our trip to the Arkansas Derby. The location was ideal as it was close to the track. After a full day at the race we enjoyed the beautiful deck on the lake for a quiet evening. I would highly recommend this cottage. Place was immaculate and in a beautiful lake. Krissy was the best host we have ever had. She is very attentive and takes care of you. I would definitely come back and stay at her place. Clean and cozy and lots of amenities.
