Holiday rentals with a patio in Walberton

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

Great place to stay overnight before flying out. Cristina's place was neat, tidy and comfortable.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

Enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at this peaceful location. Well equipped kitchen, clean throughout, and cosy comfortable bed. Greatly appreciated, fresh bread, eggs & milk provided along with fresh vase of flowers. Property exactly as described. Highly recommended.

A beautiful space to be in, and the village is very lovely. The weather was very cold indeed, but the annexe was warm and cosy. as well as airy. A very peaceful and calm place

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

The place itself was very easy to find and access. It was clean inside and out, and had everything we needed. The resort has lots of amenities and you are also within walking/driving distance of many more. We found it perfectly positioned to explore the whole island. Checkout was just as simple as checking in. We only booked 1 night because we wanted to see if our Labrador would settle outside of his crate in a strange place, so the only downside to the stay was that we didn't book to stay longer. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Great place to stay in worthing. Perhaps the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in - genuinely spotless! Very comfortable for a couple with 2 children and close to many amenities and the beach. Marie is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage is small but perfect for a couple and a dog. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed, characterful and welcoming. The garden is delightful with a lovely cottage garden feel. Great position for exploring Arundel. Thank you Zoe, we highly recommend your lovely cottage.

This was our second time at Alan’s flat. We had such a wonderful time. It’s so close to all the amenities Seven Dials has to offer whilst also being super close to Brighton city centre. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is impeccable near the centre while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I recommend this neat accommodation.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. X

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.
