Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

We had some lovely days at his flat and Paris. Matthieu is really nice and responds fast.

Mike's accommodation is very well located, close to public transport, easy to access. You'll find everything you need, you'll feel right at home! With a gift on arrival in addition to the personal welcome message! Small kitchen, but excellently equipped. Particularly comfortable bedding, quiet guaranteed for a restful sleep after a long day of outings and visits in Paris. Renovated and impeccably clean accommodation. I recommend the blue house 100%.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. We had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment was what we needed to take a deserved rest after the km we made. Happy to stayed and the guest was always responsive and very clear giving us all the info we needed.

This place is really lovely and I hope to stay there again. I lived in Paris for several years and already knew that Vincennes is an especially attractive town and that it's quick and easy to get to central Paris from there (metro is a 10-15 minute pleasant walk from the apartment.) I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment itself was. It's bigger than it looks in the photos. The water pressure in the shower is not great- that is the only drawback I can report. I've stayed in at least 15 over the years and this is so far my favorite.

A charming studio with great transport links and hosts as responsive as they are warm and accommodating! The accommodation is located in a beautiful residence, quiet and close to many shops and public transport. There was everything you needed for the whole stay.

We (family with two children) were very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was available, from coffee to shampoo to toys, and very clean. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available to us. Check-in and check-out worked reliably and smoothly. The location is quiet and yet well connected, so that you can easily reach all sights by public transport. The metro is within walking distance. If the path is too long for small children's legs or after a day out, the bus stop is just around the corner.

The apartment is quiet, good mattress, everything works. We did not have any problems during our stay. Very convenient location of the apartment, close to public transport. Easy to get to both the center of Paris and Disneyland

It is located in a lovely town nearby Vicennes metro station. The apartment is big with well-equipped kitchen. I like the big dinner table on which you can eat or doing office job. Milos was very nice to offer clearly instructions for the self checking process. It is a place of high value in Paris.

The apartment is very well located and is ideal for two people, very quiet as it does not face the street, it is on the ground floor so you do not have to worry about carrying suitcases upstairs The area is very commercial and there are several supermarkets and a bakery right in front It has Metro Line 1 next to it and the RER two streets away, which leaves you in the center (Chatelet) in 10 minutes We'll be back.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Ideal for couple. The flat was very clean and nice. 10 min walk to Train station, supermarkets are close by. i highly recommend this place. Overall very good experience. Thank you Julien

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city centre. As a result, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thanks Audrey :-)

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.
